Terms and Conditions

We provide fantasy-themed guided hiking and outdoor adventure experiences in the Columbia Valley and surrounding areas of British Columbia. Services may include half-day, full-day, overnight/backpacking trips, private or group outings, themed storytelling, snacks/treats, costume use, photos, and related support. Trips are led by a certified ACMG Hiking Guide. Terrain, difficulty, and itinerary are tailored to the group but remain subject to weather, trail conditions, wildlife, and guide discretion for safety.

• Bookings are made via our website form, email, or other channels we designate.

• A booking is confirmed only after we accept it and (where required) receive deposit or full payment.

• Pricing is as quoted at the time of booking. Prices include guiding, themed elements, snacks, photos, and costume access unless otherwise stated.

• Payment methods and deadlines will be confirmed at booking. All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes.

• By you: Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to trip date are non-refundable. Cancellations 7 days prior to trip date 50 % refund. Credit toward a future trip may be offered at our discretion.

• By us: We may cancel or modify a trip due to weather, unsafe conditions, insufficient participants, guide unavailability, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. In such cases you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. We are not responsible for your travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs.

• Changes to group size, date, or itinerary requested by you are subject to availability and may incur fees.

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. Please review the waiver prior to trip date and inquire with any questions.

We strongly recommend appropriate personal insurance (travel, medical, evacuation). You will be asked to sign a separate liability waiver/release before the trip.

Our guides prioritize safety and are trained in first aid, communications, and emergency response. We reserve the right to refuse service, modify plans, or remove a participant who poses a risk to themselves or others, is under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or behaves disruptively. No refund will be given in such cases.

• We may take photos/videos during trips for promotional use on our website, social media, and marketing. By participating you consent to this unless you notify us beforehand.

• Costumes and props provided remain our property and must be returned in good condition.

• All website content, branding, themed materials, and storytelling elements are owned by Enchanted Ascents. You may not copy or commercially use them without permission.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the website at the time of your booking applies. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
